About Andy Yuen
Andy has been involved in a variety of real estate projects in Vancouver. In 2011 and 2014, Andy has been awarded the MLS Medallion Team Award for being ranked the top 10% of all Realtors in BC. In 2017, Andy has been awarded the International Sterling Society Award, ranked top 15% of sales professionals in the network. Andy is an Managing Broker who is licensed to provide real estate trading, strata, and rental property management services in BC. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation(SRES®) also enables Andy to serve a more diverse population. Andy has over 18 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management and the information technology areas. Andy worked with executives and senior management teams to assisted them in managing costs and improving process efficiency. Andy is experienced in real estate conveyance and has a good relationship with many lawyers, notaries, and mortgage specialists. A professional accounting designation(CPA,CMA) with the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC, coupled with his project management experience have made Andy a great business partner. Andy also contributes to his community and actively volunteering for different organizations. Andy is an active member of the board of directors for the Marpole-Oakridge Community Association since 2015. Andy is also the Treasurer of the board.
