In winter 2023, mortgage interest rates will likely stay in the range of 6.5-7%. Housing inventory will continue to grow as affordability becomes more challenged. In December, it is expected to see price decreases of 5% nationally. Interest rates are going to continue to go up, but buyers are going to have more power to flex with regard to pricing.
