According to experts, there is often a price increase from Q1 to Q2. But mostly a slight dip in avg sale price occurs from Q3 to Q4. So Q4 and Q1 might not be strategically great times to sell a property. Right now it’s a seller’s market, but we may go to a buyers’ market as inventory increases and prices show signs of decline.
