Real Estate remains strong in Sarasota and Manatee counties

Sarasota and Manatee counties’ inventory increased for the second month in a row. The combined sales across the two counties ↓ 4.6% YoY to 2,466 in May but ↑ 7.9% MoM. Median sales price, YoY: Manatee County: $550K, ↑ 37.5% Sarasota County: $495K, ↑ 21.6% The local housing market remains very strong, and prices are not likely to come down.
