A surge in sales at the top end of the market was the primary factor for the jump in the statewide median price in Q1 2022. March sales data suggests strong demand and a solid housing market, as the effects of higher interest rates won't be realized for a few months.The Unsold Inventory Index (UII) in San Diego was a bit lower at 1.4 month in March, compared to 1.5 month YoY.
