The median price of a single-family home in San Diego County was $910K in August.Prices ↓ since the peak of $1M in April, but still ↑ 7.1% yearly. Also, 1,564 homes sold in August, ↑ 14.7% MoM but ↓ 30.5% yearly. The median price for condos and townhomes was $605K, ↑ 12.6% yearly.
