Toronto housing segment saw a sharp 15% MoM ↑ in sales in Au, totalling 5,627 transactions. This is despite the Aug figure representing a yearly ↓ of 34.2%. On a seasonally adjusted basis, sales ↑ 11% sequentially. HPI ↑ 8.9%, while the avg selling price ↑ 0.9% to > $1.079M.
