The national avg yearly home price appreciation was 15% in June. On the low end of the spectrum was Pittsburgh, which recorded HPA of 6.8%. Experts predict the HPA will continue to drop throughout the rest of 2022. Despite ↑ 19% yearly to 1.2-mo, inventory is still historically low.
