The avg home price in Peterborough city and county in March set a new all-time monthly avg high of $864K, bucking the trend in the GTA.Peterborough's March avg price ↑ 17% YoY on sales of 280 residential units, ↓ 1.8% YoY but ↑ ~ 40% the 10-yr avg.There were 157 active listings at the end of March, ↓ 11.3% YoY and ↓ ~ 70% than the 10-mo avg for March.The March avg price in the City of Kawartha Lakes was $904K on sales of 120 units, the second-highest on record.
