Transactions of homes priced over $1M have doubled to 18% from 9% last year. The year began strong, though price growth has recently leveled off. The avg sold price landed on $1.3M in the $1-$3.99M range and $4.6M in the over $4M segments. Though new listings have increased, the market only has 2-mo of inventory available for sale. The market is expected to continue to balance and return to seasonal sales patterns for the remainder of 2022.
