Even though Northern Virginia remains a sellers’ market in October, the slowing market is giving buyers more bargaining power. The number of closed sales in October was 1,275 units, ↓ 37.4% yearly and ↓ 11.6% MoM as seasonality returns to the market.The median sold price for a home in October was $650K, ↑ 4% yearly.
