While prices ↓ in Aug MoM, they are still ↑ 4.6% yearly in Nassau and ↑ 6.6% yearly in Suffolk. Aug median price of closed home sales in Nassau County was $700K, ↓ 2.7% MoM, from the $720K median in July. In Suffolk County, the median price of closed home sales was $565K, ↓ 1.8% MoM, from the $575K in July.
