Detached house prices in Delta may now be too far out of reach for many. Residential sales in BC are forecast to ↓ 34.4% from a record high 2021. In 2023, residential sales are forecast to ↓ 5% in Greater Vancouver and ↓ 9.7% in the Fraser Valley. Mortgage rates have risen at a much faster rate and to a higher level than previously anticipated.
