National home sales in Canada have been stable since summer. Home prices remain mixed across Canada with higher borrowing costs and declining prices in some markets. 2023 forecast is the start of a turnaround in the housing market with declining uncertainty. National sales forecast to decline 0.5% in 2023, recover with 10.2% rise in 2024.
