Typical house prices in the home counties have grown at a much higher rate than those in London since 2010. Buckinghamshire experienced the biggest price leap, with values ↑ 70% since 2010 and the avg property ↑ from ~£290K in 2010 to ~£491K in 2022. Meanwhile, West Sussex, Surrey and Hertfordshire ↑ ~50% in their housing prices since 2010. This is compared to London’s housing market ↑ 34% from ~£413K in 2010 to ~£553K in 2022.
