Canada Housing Market Forecast: Will Prices Drop in 2023?
The rate of fall in existing sales will progressively slow as the market stabilizes until the end of 2023. The same may be stated for prices in general. This has led to a downward revision to the forecast Desjardins Group published in June. At the time, Desjardins Group predicted that the national avg price in Canada ↓15% between Feb 2022 and the end of 2023.
