Canadian home sales declines are getting smaller

National home sales ↓ 5.6% MoM and ↓ 23.9% yearly in June. (CREA) Sales were down in 75% of all local markets, led by Canada's biggest cities. In June, with new listings ↑ 4.1% MoM, the sales-to-new listings ratio eased back to 51.7%. There were 3.1-mo of inventory on a national basis at the end of June.
