Canada's Provinces Growth Predictions: Recession Unlikely
Canada's provinces are expected to have limited economic activity and sluggish growth for the rest of 2023 and into 2024. However, the risk of a protracted recession or highly destabilized labour and capital markets is very unlikely. Real GDP was unchanged in the Q4, a slightly deeper slowdown than anticipated.
