The national avg yearly home price appreciation was 15% in June. The 2nd on the low end of the spectrum was Baltimore, at 7.6%. Experts predict the HPA will continue to drop throughout the rest of 2022. Despite ↑ 19% yearly to 1.2-mo, inventory is still historically low.
