Testimonials

What Buyers Are Saying About Kathy Stockley

★★★★★

“Kathy is the only realtor that my husband and I will work with. She was honest and reliable. There was never a time when I couldn’t get ahold of her, even when she was out of state. She puts her clients needs above her own and she always strives for the best for you. While another realtor in Davison suggested our home was worth $70,000 less, Kathy reassured us that it was in fact not true, and it wasn’t! Kathy really works on your behalf and she got us full asking price for our home. We are so thankful we trusted her with the sale of our home.”

★★★★★

“As a first time homebuyer, I am SO happy to have had Kathy by my side! She is very understanding and attentive to your needs. She's quick to respond and great at giving updates! She is an expert negotiator and is very detail-oriented. She's seen it all and is so knowledgable and helpful. Whether it is your first home or not, Kathy is a great agent to help you find your dream home. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking for a new home.”

★★★★★

“Kathy was the best realtor I have worked with. She really did go above and beyond in helping my wife and I sell our home in Oxford and purchase our new home in Holly. There were several times where she worked late (even on her birthday!) to help us get things done. I was a pretty high maintenance client who frequently texted or called her with questions and she always replied ASAP. Best of all, she sold our home in only about a month's time. I would highly recommend working with Kathy.”

★★★★★

“We are Canadians looking to purchase a cottage in Michigan. We had no individuals to fall back on for reference, and after reaching out to several agents to select one that would meet our needs, Kathy quickly became the obvious choice. She responded immediately, even though it was the weekend, and she had some family commitments. Any correspondence we had with Kathy was the same: timely, concise and helpful. When we began working with her it was obvious how knowledgeable she is not only about real estate, and home ownership/maintenance, but also the local community. She was able to find us the perfect home for our family and walk us through the unique needs of owning property as Canadians. She went above and beyond anything that we would have expected, even helping us set up garbage service and other contacts to meet our needs as newcomers to the area. All of those service providers have been marvellous and we understand why she recommended them. We always felt that we could trust her judgement and that she had our best interest at heart. What else could you ask for an agent? Nothing! Bravo Kathy, and Thanks!”

★★★★★

“Kathy helped me find my new home. The home I fell in love with was being sold as a short sale. The bank was making things very difficult. I had little experience with home buying. She took the time to explain each aspect of the process. She advocated and negotiated a great deal for us. She was always accessible and patient with our questions. She even worked out a deal with the sellers to sell us an extra piece of land to provide us with lake access. Later when vacant land went up for sale, we contacted Kathy again to assist us with buying it. She researched the land and was able to get us a deal for 1/2 the asking price.”

★★★★★

“My family has worked with Kathy Stockley on 2 separate transactions. She helped us buy our first home back in 1999. I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with. She was so informative and knowledgable about all aspects of the buying process that it made it such a smooth transition for us. Our second home was purchased in 2011, when we decided to sell our first home. Kathy worked endless hours to market and sell our first home all while searching for our next home. She walked us through the whole buying and selling process in such a great way, that, with her knowledge and aggressive expertise we were able to put 20% down on our second home. Every time we work with Kathy Stockley or refer her to our family or friends, everyone has a great experience with her. She is so kind and friendly and a real pleasure to walk homes with. Her knowledge of all areas of Michigan Real Estate is very impressive. I could not ask for a better realtor to have, and I know if the time comes to move again, I will have no doubt but to call Kathy Stockley!”
