Testimonials

What Buyers Are Saying About Working With Felicia

★★★★★

“I highly recommend Felicia Hankerson for handling any home sales. Felicia fully understands the ongoing home markets within the area of sale. Felicia was engaged from day one and did not stop. The next day we had potential buyers visiting my home. There was no delay and concerns like some of the other agents. Other agents indicated three months for a sale. Felicia went straight to work. My home was under contract within four days. Felicia provided everything my family and I needed to get to closing. This includes recommendations for lawyers, clean up crews, plumbers, carpenters. Whatever the need was, Felicia had the experience and provided guidance. It was a one stop shop. You need a property sold, reach out to Felicia.”

★★★★★

“Felicia is an excellent and hardworking realtor. She clearly explained every step, her fees, expectations from day one, and she consistently pushed for straightforward communication from everyone involved. We really appreciated that she held the seller’s agent to the same standard of transparency. She was also incredibly flexible and consistently working around our schedule after work hours. We were lucky to find a home that me and my family loved quickly. We started looking on June 16, 2025, and had our offer accepted by July 9 (about three weeks). Felicia brings great energy, stays on top of every detail, and keeps things moving. One small thing to know is her texting style is very direct (not many emojis), so don’t misread it, she’s just efficient and professional, haha. We are truly grateful and would recommend her without hesitation 🤗”
