“Donna really helped us when we were in a bind. We had sold our house and wanted to find one quickly. We needed to move to a home where we could retire and live one one floor but would have room for our hobbies. She had a great deal of patience and used her extensive network and experience to find homes that had a potential to meet our needs. We were looking in a sellers market and when inventory in our price range was very limited. This was also a time when all homes were over priced (tar paper shacks listing for 100's of thousands of dollars) and where many houses had hidden issues. She pointed out reasons why we might not want something instead of just trying to sell us on a solution that in time we may not have liked. In the end the house we found needed to have some hard negotiations because the septic needed replacing. Donna felt the house was piced right if nothing needed to be done. She got us a discount on the property to offset the cost of a new septic and kept us calm in the process. She also helped us find the right people to install it. We have been happy with our home and our new community and that is thanks to the work Donna put in. I would recommend her to help anyone find a house and we will be using her when we are ready to sell (10 years from now). Thank you Donna.”
