FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions David hears most from buyers, sellers, and investors across San Diego.

Is now a good time to buy in San Diego?

San Diego has historically been one of the most resilient real estate markets in the country. While interest rates and inventory fluctuate, the long-term fundamentals — limited land, strong demand, and a desirable lifestyle — continue to support property values. David can help you assess your specific situation and timing.

How do I know what my home is worth in today's market?

A professional comparative market analysis (CMA) gives you a data-driven picture of your home's current value based on recent sales, active competition, and market trends in your neighborhood. David provides this at no cost and no obligation.

Can you help me if I'm buying from Mexico or another country?

Absolutely. With his cross-border background and deep ties to the Baja California and Southern California communities, David has extensive experience guiding international and cross-border buyers through the U.S. real estate process — including financing, legal, and tax considerations.

What's the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate advisor?

A real estate advisor looks beyond the transaction to help you align your property decisions with your broader financial and legacy goals. David doesn't just help you buy or sell a property — he helps you build and protect long-term wealth through strategic real estate decisions.

Do you work with investors looking for rental or income properties?

Yes. Investment property is one of David's core specialties. Whether you're looking for a single-family rental, a multi-unit property, a condo, or a development opportunity, David brings 37+ years of investment insight to every search.
