10 year vacant property gets approval for a nine storey apartment building in Mississauga
A 10-year vacant property in Mississauga has been approved for a 9-storey apartment building with 83 units, including 5% affordable housing units. The proposal was revised from 10 storeys to 9 storeys and was unanimously approved by the Planning and Development Committee. The property was previously home to Trojan's Bar Emporium and there was a prior proposal for 20 stacked townhouse units.
