Orlando is one of seven Florida cities that potentially face a housing crisis
GOBankingRates recently reported on the housing market in Florida. After examining data from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Consumer Protection Bureau, and RealtyTrac, they created a list of the seven cities in Florida with the highest indicators of a housing crisis. The list was topped by Orlando, with a homeowner vacancy rate of 5% and 0.5% of mortgages delinquent 90 days. Fort Lauderdale, Gainesville, Miami, Jacksonville, Hollywood, and Pembroke Pines rounded out the list.
