The National Rent Report from Rentals.ca and Urbanation found that the average asking rent in Canada reached an all-time high of $2,078 in July, a 1.8% increase from June. This is the most rapid month-over-month increase in the last eight months. Compared to June, there was a .1% and .4% increase respectively.
