Okaloosa County home prices fall 0.6% in September, but still up about 19% from last year

A typical Okaloosa County home listed for $474,500 in September, down 0.6% from the previous month's $477,200. The median list home price in September was up about 18.8% from September 2021.Across all of Florida, median home prices were $465,000, falling 1.9% from a month earlier.
