The City of Raleigh is offering a Homeowner Rehabilitation Program which provides eligible homeowners with a forgivable loan of up to $90,000 to cover major repairs to their homes. Eligibility requirements include being 62 years or older, having a disability, or meeting certain income limits depending on family size, as well as the property being located within Raleigh city limits and having a value of $371,000 or less. Applications for the program must be submitted by Nov. 3, 2023.
