She said sellers who are on the fence about selling their homes may be “kicking themselves a little bit” because they missed the best time to sell, especially if they aren’t willing to get their homes in pristine condition. Roslyn Gauntt, a broker in Colleyville with Century 21 Judge Fite, said there is still pent-up demand from people who moved to the area and have been waiting to buy a home but were not able to compete when the market was white-hot.
