TRD Pro: Queens' top 10 neighborhoods for Q3 home sales

The top neighborhood in the ranking was Forest Hills with $164.5 million in sales across 265 deals, the most among the 10 neighborhoods. GiGi Malek of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International was the listing broker on the deal, which was for a seven-bedroom home built in the 1920s and designed by architect Grosvenor Atterbury. The top sale for the neighborhood, a subsection of Long Island City, was for a century-old townhouse at 45-12 11th Street, which sold for $3.2 million.
