Calgary sets new record for benchmark home price in April

In April, Calgary's benchmark price for a home reached an all-time high of $661,900 due to low inventory and relatively strong demand. The majority of activity occurred below $700,000 in the single-family detached home segment, while the benchmark price for apartment condominiums rose 10% to reach $299,400.
