Apartment rents in Mississauga are the fourth highest in Canada right now

Mississauga is one of the most expensive cities to rent in Canada with average one-bedroom and two-bedroom rents at $2,312 and $2,727 respectively. This is a 19.2% increase compared to last year and other cities in the GTA also have high rents. The high rents are attributed to interest rates and record immigration. Governments at all levels need to come up with solutions to increase housing supply.
