I love helping people and I love real estate. A great combination for the job I love as a 32+ year Arizona Realtor. I moved to the Scottsdale / Phoenix area in 1981 as a child. In 1988 I graduated high school locally at Shadow Mountain High School in northeast Phoenix. I graduated from the prestigious university, Westmont College in Santa Barbara California in 1992 with a degree in Business Economics (while playing baseball for Westmont). Then 3 months later, I obtained my real estate license and I have been serving the Valley as a full time licensed Arizona Realtor ever since (since September 1992). In 2005, I brought my years of experience and expertise with the Arizona residential/ real estate market and joined Re/Max. At Re/Max I earned several sales awards year after year. In 2011 a family member started a West USA franchise, West USA Homes. In 2011, 2012 and 2013 I was a member of one of the top producing teams (in number of homes sold) in the entire state of Arizona mostly with selling HUD Homes during the changed market / economy. In November 2015, I expanded / moved over to the larger West USA main office/ larger brand were I am today, West USA Realty. I serve my clients with 100% effort, a positive attitude and great work ethic combined with my vast experience. I look forward to assisting clients achieve their real estate goals everyday. LIFE CHANGING ***** In 2024 I was diagnosed with cancer on my face/skin area, the paratid glad & connected lymph nodes down through my neck which was surgically removed along with radiation treatment. In 2018, I was diagnosed with AML Leukemia blood cancer. After a difficult battle and a successful bone marrow transplant and some complications, I began my come back around the end of 2018. I am currently cancer free on both and back to doing what I love everyday..... assisting & guiding home buyers and sellers in achieving their Arizona real estate goals. These experiences have actually changed my mindset and have helped me become a better person and Realtor in many ways. I look forward to a successful experiece with many more clients in the future.
