US commercial auto insurers are exploring how telematics supports loss control, using insights into driver behavior to help fleets address risk before claims occur.
Telematics has supported underwriting by providing visibility into driver behavior, while its expanding role gives insurers opportunities to engage fleets on risk management.

Brokers are recognized as strategic risk partners for commercial fleets, helping turn telematics insights into meaningful actions alongside insurers and their clients.
As telematics matures, insurers may help fleets use data more effectively, with practical risk reduction potentially offering a competitive advantage beyond data access.
