Real Services offers their basic photography package at $135 for 15-30 professional photographs on listings less than 2,500 square feet within the Hamilton and Greater Toronto Hamilton area. Additionally, Real Services offers HDR photography and even gives clients a downloadable MP4 slideshow and page on their website to display their listings. However, Real Services only guarantees a 23-48 hour turnaround time for a surcharge of $25 which quickly racks up the price in comparison to other professional real estate photography companies.
At SnapScene, they argue that they do not use HDR photography for the reason that the detailed focus exaggerates the light and actually causes dark areas making the photograph look unnatural. However, most real estate photography companies do use HDR photography for the reason that enhanced details are more appealing for listings as it emphasizes the homes characteristics. However, SnapScene does offer their basic professional photography service at $179 on listing less than 3,200 square feet in the Burlington Ontario area and guarantees a 24 hour turnaround time. SnapScene also offers a complimentary package that includes a feature sheet, branded tour and web page for agents to show their listings. But because Snapscene does not specify how many photographs are offered in their photography package, a further contact is required.
Visual Advantage offers their basic professional photography package at a flat rate of $149 for 40 professional photographs in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga and other areas in close proximity. Although Visual Advantage does not offer HDR photography or a guarantee 24-48 hour turnaround time, they do offer a complimentary photography service which includes a feature sheet branded tour and web page for agents to show their listings. This being said, although $149 for 40 photographs seems like a good deal, in comparison to competitors, Visual Advantage does not offer as many services.
Virtual Viewing offers their basic professional photography package at $139 on listings under 2,500 square feet in the Hamilton, Oakville, Milton and Mississauga area (price increase with square footage). Additionally, Virtual Viewing offers HDR photography and a guaranteed turnaround time of 24 hours. However, Virtual Viewing does not offer a complimentary service package like many of its competitors making the price expensive for what agents receive.
Unlike their competitors in the Hamilton and Greater Toronto Hamilton area, SoldRightAway gets clients to contact them before listing their value proposition and photography prices. Although Sold Right Away prices accordingly based off of agents needs, not showing the value proposition and price upfront can be time-consuming and can cause uncertainty for the agent.
Luma Rae Photography
With Luma Rae’s professional photography package starting at $175 for 30 photos, Luma Rae offers one of the higher prices among competitors. Although, Luma Rae Photography is more local than the other competitors so going with Luma Rae Photography as a real estate photographer is great for supporting small businesses. Additionally, Luma Rae Photography offers an extremely fast-paced printing and delivery service of 3 hours after the shoot (faster than all competitors), however, this service is only offered for listings within the hamilton area (hence why delivery and printing is so fast and convenient).
HD Virtual Tours
HD Virtual Tours offers their basic photography package starting at $90 on listings less than 2, 400 square feet. With this package, agents can expect to receive 35 photographs within 24 hours in Brampton, Caledon, Woodbridge, Mississauga and Milton. Additionally, the price can get more expensive, for larger homes as pricing is based on square feet.
