Scott is an excellent realtor. I've had the pleasure of working with him twice...once to buy my house 22 years ago, and again to sell that same house a few months ago. I had been planning to put the house on the market in late March, just as the covid pandemic lockdowns hit. Scott's last minute advice to hold off putting it on the market due to the lockdowns was spot on, and his timing in deciding to put it on the market in early May was also perfect, as I accepted an excellent offer after only 9 days on the market. Scott also went above and beyond, meeting the town inspector for me at the house, since I had already moved out of the area prior to the closing. I highly recommend Scott.

I have worked with Scott Breyer on multiple real estate transactions over the past 20 years. In 2005, he helped me sell my first condo for 2.5x what I had paid for it in 1998. On my next property, the sales process was slow entirely due to state of the economy. Rather than keeping it on the market and significantly lowering the price, he advised renting the property until the market recovered. After renting the property for seven years, and collecting substantial rental income, I relisted the property with Scott and recently sold if for a net profit.
