About ELENA BARAYEV
Elena immigrated with her family from Russia in 1988, where she finished her professional degree as a Piano Instructor in a school that may remind New Yorkers of Julliard. Elena got married in 1990 and soon after built a family with her husband and had three beautiful children. After giving birth to her third child, Elena wanted a change in her career and new that she wanted a career out of the medical field but still be in close contact to various people and helping them find their happiness. She thought what better way to do that than to help them with starting off with something new and constant. With her husband’s support, she decided to study to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Elena fell in love with the Real Estate world immediately and has worked her way to becoming one of the most successful Real Estate Agents. Elena has previously held positions as a Sales Manager and VP of Sales Operations for EXIT Realty First Choice. Her proven ability to deliver a smooth and successful transaction from start to finish for both seller and buyer representation, makes her a true leader in the industry. Elena has received various awards over the years such as the 2006-2013 Leadership Award, 2013- 2018 Highest Achievement in Sponsoring Award and Outstanding Sales Performance, 2008 - 2021Top Producer Achievement Award, 2014 Silver Leader Award and 2015 - 2021 Regional Leader Gold Award. Her persistence, dedication, and leadership continue to grow and speak for itself. Elena specializes in luxury properties in the heart of some of the most desirable neighborhoods of Queens such as Jamaica Estates, Fresh Meadows, Holliswood, Hollis Hills, Bayside, Kew Garden Hills, Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, Rego Park and also desirable Neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Staten Island, Long Island and Manhattan NY. Elena took her current entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes in the world of real estate, becoming a realtor in 2006 and then found her driven ambition to become who she is today.
