LAC breaks ground on new affordable housing project in Florida

Affordable housing developer Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) broke ground on a new project named 52 at Park in Orlando, Florida. The development will provide 300 affordable housing units with various amenities and a solar installation. Financing involved tax-exempt bonds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity investment, and loans from Deutsche Bank.
