Residents of Kane, DuPage, DeKalb, Kendall, and McHenry counties affected by storms from July 2-4 can apply for low-interest loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration. Homeowners, renters, businesses, and some nonprofits are eligible for loans to cover expenses not covered by insurance or other sources.
