Peel Region home prices rise 0.6% in May 2026

The average home price in Peel Region was $956,019 in May 2026, up 0.6% from April but down 6.5% year-over-year. Sales rose 6.9%, while active listings fell 12.9%. Detached houses averaged $1.21 million, semi-detached $867,528, attached $803,384, townhouse condos $672,815, and apartment condos $530,780. Prices have increased over 52% since May 2016 across all home types.
