More Homes Selling Above List: Sellers in the Driver’s Seat

In Philadelphia, the share of homes selling above list price rose by 1.8 percentage points year-over-year this summer. The average sale-to-list price ratio also ticked up, showing that sellers are achieving strong results in negotiations.
