Affordable Homes Now Available in Okotoks and High River

All real estate markets in Greater Calgary have seen year-over-year price declines. Okotoks' benchmark home price dropped 1.8% to $608,400 in August. Other areas also saw decreases: Calgary (-1.1%), Airdrie (-4.5%), Cochrane (-2.3%), Chestermere (-1.6%), and High River (-1.1%). Okotoks had 55 sales in August with low inventory since 2021. Detached home prices in Okotoks and High River also declined year over year.
