Home sales in Vaughan rose 1.9% year-over-year, while active listings dropped 14.2%. The average home price was $1.14 million, down 3.4% from June and 9% from last July. Detached houses averaged $1.56 million, semi-detached $1 million, attached $1.01 million, townhouse-style condos $823,000 (up 6.7% month-over-month), and apartment-style condos $599,113. Prices have increased about 18.7% since 2016.
