Urban Construction Accounted for 11% of New Q1 Listings

Only 10.9% of new housing listings are in urban ZIP Codes, with urban new constructions priced 78.4% higher than existing urban homes. Nearly 80% of new homes are suburban, carrying a 7% premium over existing suburban homes. Seven metros have a majority of new urban listings, with Miami showing a 305.2% premium. New home prices remain stable despite rising costs, but price reductions have increased, reflecting market pressures.
