Denver leaders broke ground on a 102-unit affordable housing development at 3270 W. Colfax Ave. funded by a $4 million loan from the Department of Housing Stability and a $100,000 grant from the Office of Climate Action. The project, called "The Irving at Mile High Vista," will offer apartments for residents in the 20-80% area median income bracket and feature energy-efficient and climate-friendly design elements.
