Vaughan home prices surge 7.9 per cent to $1.23 million in August 2026

The average home price in Vaughan reached $1.23 million, up 7.9% from July and 2% from last year. Detached houses averaged $1.67 million, rising 7.3% monthly and 4.2% yearly. Semi-detached houses averaged $1.01 million, slightly up monthly but down 7.9% yearly. Attached houses rose 3.9% monthly to $1.05 million but fell 5.6% yearly. Townhouse condos dropped 5.9% monthly to $774,669, while apartment condos increased 1.4% monthly to $607,650. Sales and listings declined compared to last year. Home prices have risen about 29.4% since 2016.
