Wisconsin's total equalized property value increased by $74.6 billion (8%) in 2025, surpassing $1 trillion. Residential property values rose by $51.7 billion, and commercial values grew by $17.6 billion. Market value increases contributed 6% of the growth, with new construction adding 2%. Buffalo, Green Lake, and Rusk counties saw the largest value increases, ranging from 15.29% to 16.4%.
