Average sales price increased 5% to $928,075, median price rose 2% to $780,000, and price per square foot slightly grew to $378. June saw an 8.3% sales increase and an 11.8% rise in average home price to $983,998. Detached homes averaged $1,288,678, attached homes $584,474, and condos $435,630. Total sales volume in June reached $1.405 billion, up 20.9%.
