Several communities near Calgary are experiencing declines in detached home prices, according to a recent housing report. Airdrie saw the largest drop at 4.5% to $608,400, with a 10% rise in inventory. Chestermere and Canmore also saw price decreases of 4.3% and 3.6%, respectively. Strathmore was the only area with a price increase of 4.4%. High River had the lowest prices, dropping 1.8%, alongside a 46% inventory increase.
