Home sales in Los Angeles County and California increased both monthly and yearly, with LA County sales up 20.9% from August and 13.8% year-over-year. Statewide sales rose 5% monthly and 6.6% yearly. Median home prices in California fell 1.7% monthly to $883,640 but were 1.8% higher than last year. LA County's median price increased 5.6% monthly to $983,230, up 2.4% annually.
